Wear protection system (lining plate)
Our company offers an innovative solution for equipment wear protection – the modular protection system “RS-Polytech”. This system consists of the following components:
– wear-resistant plates measuring 500×500 mm, featuring a metal base to ensure rigidity and stability, and a 10 mm thick rubber top layer that prevents wear and the adhesion of solid particles;
– plate fastening elements that allow the plates to be connected using a “tongue-and-groove” principle, forming the required lining surface area;
– special adhesive for additional securing of the plates to the protected surface.
The installation of the “RS-Polytech” protection system is very simple and does not require special skills or tools. You can easily cut the plates on-site to match the geometry of the equipment. Additionally, bolt fastening can be used for secure plate fixation.
