Wear protection system (lining plate)

Our company offers you an innovative solution for protecting equipment from wear and tear – the modular RS-Polytech protection system. This system consists of the following components

wear-resistant plates measuring 500×500 mm, which have a metal base to ensure rigidity and stability and a 10 mm thick rubber top layer that prevents wear and adhesion of solid particles;
fastening elements for the plates, which allow them to be connected according to the “groove-spike” principle and form the required lining area;
special adhesive for additional fastening of the boards to the surface to be protected.

Installation of the RS-Polytech protection system is very simple and does not require special skills or tools. You can easily cut the plates at the installation site to fit the geometry of the equipment. In addition, you can use bolted fasteners to securely fix the plates.

The RS-Polytech protection system has a number of advantages over other analogues:

it significantly increases the service life and productivity of your equipment by reducing wear and friction;
it prevents material from sticking to the parts of the equipment in contact with it, which reduces the risk of clogging and freezing (especially in winter);
it is economical and efficient, as it allows you to use less lining material and easily replace worn-out plates.
