A technical solution designed to protect control and measuring instruments (CMI) from the effects of abrasive environments.

We have developed and manufactured a diaphragm seal that ensures reliable isolation of the measuring instrument from aggressive working environments while guaranteeing accurate pressure measurement.

Operating Principle: The diaphragm seal is connected to the measuring instrument, forming a single system. A liquid is located between the pressure gauge and the diaphragm, which transmits the pressure of the measured medium. Under pressure, the diaphragm deforms and hydraulically transfers the pressure to the instrument.

Thus, the diaphragm seal performs two essential functions:

• accurately transmits pressure to the measuring instrument;
• enables the use of measuring instruments in harsh operating conditions.
