Mobile sludge collectors
LLC “GTZ Ukraine” offers mobile sludge accumulators designed to address the tasks of wastewater treatment and sludge dewatering, with the possibility of its further reclamation.
Operating Principle:
The sludge from the washing complex is directed into a reservoir with filtering fabric stretched along its walls. The liquid part of the sludge passes through the fabric and flows into a drainage channel for recirculation at the beginning of the process, while the solid part remains inside the reservoir and gradually compacts. If necessary, a coagulant can be added to the sludge to accelerate the separation of solids and liquids. Once the reservoir is filled, several special sections open to allow heavy machinery to enter and unload the solid product. During this time, the second sludge accumulator operates, ensuring a continuous sludge filtration process.
