ProCut sampler

One of the key elements of qualitative analysis of technological processes in the mineral processing industry is proper sampling. This allows you to obtain reliable information about the characteristics of the material at different stages of beneficiation.

For this purpose, we offer the innovative ProCut sampler, which provides a transverse “cut” in the flow of bulk materials and automatic sample formation. The ProCut sampler is designed for sampling ores, coal, sludge, sand and other materials transported by conveyors or hydraulic transport through chutes.

The principle of operation of the sampler is that the receiving tray crosses the flow of material and takes a particle of the sample. The shape and size of the opening of the receiving tray depends on the type of material to be sampled. The sampled material is then transferred to a storage tank for storage.
