Sampler “ProCut”

One of the key elements of quality analysis in mineral processing is proper sample collection. This ensures reliable information about the material’s characteristics at various stages of beneficiation.

To meet this need, we offer the innovative “ProCut” sampler, which provides a cross-sectional “cut” of bulk material flow and automatic sample formation. The “ProCut” sampler is designed for sampling ores, coal, slurry, sand, and other materials transported by conveyors or hydraulic transport through chutes.

The sampler operates by having the receiving tray move across the material flow, collecting a portion of the sample. The shape and size of the receiving tray opening depend on the type of material being sampled. The collected sample is then directed into a storage reservoir.
