Vibrating screens for classification and sorting of materials

Depending on the required volume capacity and the characteristics of the source material to be screened (specific gravity, particle size distribution, etc.), our specialists select the type and model of the screen for each specific case.

Vibrating screens with a high oscillation frequency and adjustable amplitude are usually used for sieving. The vibrations of the screen are provided by electromechanical vibrators with adjustable centrifugal force; on heavier screens, the vibrators are replaced by vibration blocks, which, in turn, are driven by an external electric motor.

Screens can be equipped with several screening tiers, with a screening surface area ranging from 2 to 16 m².
