Vibrating screens for material classification and sorting

Depending on the required processing capacity and the characteristics of the raw material to be screened (such as specific gravity, particle size distribution, etc.), our specialists select the appropriate type and model of the screen for each specific application.

Vibrating screens with high-frequency oscillations and adjustable amplitude are typically used for screening. The vibrations are generated by electromechanical vibrators with adjustable centrifugal force. On heavier screens, vibrators are replaced with vibroblocks, which are driven by an external electric motor.

Screens can be equipped with multiple screening decks, with the screening surface area ranging from 2 to 16 m².
